Introduction

For decades, several Filipino schools have considered Filipino favorites for their daily meal plans. Such examples are fried chicken, rice, adobo, siomai, lumpia, and stews. These meals are basically unbalanced and children will intake unbalanced nutrients because of this. Those who have underlying health problems are also forced to bring their own food due to restrictions on various ingredients. In effect to this ongoing routine, several students are either underweight, overweight, or obese. To solve this issue, we have decided to present meal plans for students so that they can live a healthy life. If this campaign will be pushed through, we envision several healthy school compounds where students are living rich because of a healthy life.

Purpose

The major goal of this paper is to create a healthy meal plan at the school with a focus on the wellbeing of the younger students. Due to the fact that many children consume unhealthy foods like frozen foods and junk food and have unbalanced meals, this meal plan will assist in improving the kids' health standards. Our strategy is to support their health by ensuring that they follow dietary recommendations and eat a variety of foods. Not to add that this suggestion will significantly increase the profits made by the diligent farmers.

Description

To make this a reality, we will convey the advantages of a meal plan and give an example of the meal plan itself by utilizing a variety of venues, including our website, social media such as Facebook and TikTok, and statements on the importance of a healthy diet. As a growing app, we will also utilize Tiktok to market by creating a 30- to 60-second video on the benefits of following a food plan and a one-day food plan itself. We will leverage this advantage to create awareness. In order to implement our strategy, we will also propose a partnership with the schools, especially here in Iloilo. Once we succeed locally, we will continue this movement throughout the Philippines and even strive to go international to not only promote a healthy student community but a healthy world for all students. As a response, we will assign weekly meal plans for cafeterias and canteens, where children will be provided with a range of balanced meal alternatives. This takes into account the needs of those who are allergic to certain ingredients or vegetables, as well as those who need to follow certain diets because of an underlying disease. Therefore, in order to support and advance this notion of ours, we need your assistance.

We all know that people, specifically children, require a lot of energy to survive their day. They are very active at school and at home, and they need the right amount of nutrients in their bodies to burn. To add to this information, a lot of children are going through different changes and processes during this time, such as puberty, maturing, and body changes, where specific changes will be needed by their bodies.

This campaign aims to promote and push through a healthier environment for the students not only in their schools but also in their homes. In this way, they will be banked with rich nutrients that will make them active and sufficient all day long. These meals presented by our campaign are not only healthy, but also budget-friendly in which it suits the daily allowance of students. For those with illnesses, diseases, and allergies who have food restrictions, we will also promote alternative foods for that.

Support

Putting this one-week meal plan into action would necessitate one to two months of planning and preparation. The team estimates that the project will cost anywhere from ₱10,000 to ₱20,000 to implement. After we have finished editing and preparing promotional materials and have launched our Facebook page and campaign website, our promotions will officially commence. The funding that we will require for this campaign will be wisely spent on the production of flyers and brochures for our promotions, the supplies and ingredients that are needed for the meals, as well as for the services of a dietitian, whose role it is to provide guidance about how to appropriately manage diets and nutrition for people who may be affected by health conditions such as diabetes, overweight and obesity, cancer, heart disease, renal disease, gastro-intestinal diseases, and food allergies.
